In this workshop you’ll learn how yoga can help to keep you in peak condition for your next match or long ride by diving into common injuries and poses that can help keep you from being sidelined. We’ll break down poses that can be particularly challenging for performance athletes and see how props can help to make these poses more accessible. You’ll gain lots of knowledge that you can take with you and then we’ll stretch you out with our slow flow relaxation class focusing on hamstrings, lower back and shoulder poses.
