The Hot Yoga Barre - Midlothian Studio

Come flow, stretch and relax in this two hour yoga triathlon. The class will be broken up into 3 sections:

Power: 45 minutes of flowing

Yin: 45 minutes of long holds and stretching

Meditation: 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
